The insulation is of the Isover UNI-33 type, which has a lower lambda value than regular insulation, which provides better thermal insulation. On each side of the block there is a nailed plywood sheet, which contributes to good stability and good wind protection. The blocks can be delivered with or without a vapor barrier in the form of plastic foil.

Tomoku House Wall blocks simplify construction considerably and provide a shorter construction time compared to loose timber. The logistics of house construction are considerably simplified with pre-insulated blocks. The work of purchasing and transporting materials is reduced by having only one supplier.
Fit and clarity
The blocks have a good fit and are supplied with specification numbers that show the placement in accordance with the specification drawing. Due to their size, the blocks are easy to assemble. They can be lifted into place by two fitters when building the first floor. A smaller crane or other lifting device is needed for the second floor. Building with small blocks from Tomoku Hus provides a flexible and fast construction method and a very stable frame.

The wall blocks are available in different thicknesses, insulated or uninsulated. The wall blocks are available with or without installed windows/window doors.
Our wall blocks are manufactured in various standard dimensions and are also available with windows or French doors built in. The frame consists of timber with strength class C14.
