Quality from planning to production

Japan is known for its quality awareness and high technical know-how. In Dalarna, we have worked with wood as a working material for several generations and have a special feel for the properties of wood.
This unique combination is united in
Tomoku House.
Takeshi Hida, Quality Manager
Our wall blocks, windows and French doors are made from Nordic raw materials, which meet the high quality and environmental requirements of both the Swedish and Japanese markets. Windows and French doors are made from laminated materials that are vacuum-impregnated after processing to protect against rot. This means that our quality can be compared to that found in windows in the past, when the wood was carefully selected from the heartwood.
Tomoku Hus is certified by RISE, the former Swedish Technical Research Institute in Borås. The fact that our windows and window doors are CE marked and that we produce them in accordance with the standard for P-marked production means that we perform documented quality checks upon arrival of goods at all workstations as well as final checks on finished products.
The depth of impregnation and the correct mixture of impregnation liquid are checked on the window and window door material. The staff has a high level of knowledge in the quality assessment of the input materials and the requirements placed on the end products.
Quality audits are carried out twice a year by RISE. In connection with these audits, two window products are sent to RISE's laboratory for water and wind testing.
Tradition. Knowledge. Quality.
For us, this is an important key word.
We set high standards for ourselves. But even more important is that you feel safe with us as a supplier.
