Tomoku Hus's policy regarding the processing of personal data

This policy regarding personal data (privacy policy) describes how Tomoku Hus AB, company registration number 556426-3142, collects, uses, discloses and stores your personal data. The privacy policy applies when Tomoku Hus provides services and products in connection with purchases and other contact with Tomoku Hus and when camera surveillance of the industrial area. You should always feel safe when you provide your personal data to us. With this privacy policy, we want to show how we ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable personal data legislation.
2. Data controller
Tomoku Hus AB is the data controller, which means that we are responsible for how your personal data is processed and that your rights are taken care of.

Tomoku Hus industrial area is monitored by cameras from Securitas. The surveillance cameras are only turned on during non-business hours. The cameras are activated and record information when movement is detected within the camera's surveillance area.

The purpose of camera surveillance is to deter and prevent vandalism and break-ins in the industrial area. The images may be used in the investigation of incidents such as break-ins and vandalism.

Tomoku Hus saves customer information for as long as we are required to store information under applicable law.
Recorded material from the surveillance cameras is stored for 30 days at Securitas before being deleted.

Third parties to whom Tomoku Hus discloses information or otherwise provides information about a customer may only use the information for the purpose of delivering services related to Tomoku Hus's agreement with you as a customer.
If you have chosen Tomoku Hus to help with booking transport, personal data will be disclosed to the selected transport company.
If you would like help with building permit documents, personal data will be provided to the respective municipality's building departments.
Personal data may also be disclosed by Tomoku Hus if it is necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements or requirements from authorities, to safeguard Tomoku Hus's legal interests.
8. Is your personal data processed in a secure manner?
We develop procedures and working methods to ensure that your personal data is handled securely. For example, we have alarms for our premises where the personal data is stored. We have firewalls that make it difficult for intrusions into our computer systems.

Transfer of recorded material from Securitas is transferred to Tomoku Hus on request via an encrypted VPN tunnel. The cameras in our network that terminate at Securitas are password protected.
Only people with so-called A-authorization at Tomoku Hus have the right to request material from the surveillance cameras.
9. Your rights
Tomoku Hus is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation.
Tomoku Hus will, at your request or on its own initiative, correct, de-identify, delete or supplement information that is found to be incorrect, incomplete or misleading.
You have the right to request from Tomoku Hus
Access to your personal data. This means that you have the right to request a register extract of the processing we carry out regarding your personal data. You also have the right to receive a copy of the personal data that is being processed, the purposes of the processing and to which recipients the data has been provided or will be provided.
Correction of your personal data. At your request, we will correct any incorrect or incomplete data we process about you as quickly as possible.
Deletion of your personal data. This means that you have the right to request that your personal data be deleted if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
